NDES COLLABORATIVE MODEL
New Directions Educational Solutions has trained consultants that work shoulder to shoulder with teachers to annotate lesson plans, collaboratively plan, and “front load” (accelerate) instruction for students. This collaborative training brings regular and special education teachers together to accelerate progress for struggling learners.

New Directions Educational Solutions’ consultants assist Urgent Intervention Required (UIR) and Urgent Intervention Needed (UIN) schools in meeting the educational needs of special education and English language learners. Our ELL and Intervention trained consultants work with teachers to incorporate a coherent and consistent pedagogical approach to core content instruction.
New Directions Educational Solutions also provides training, coaching, planning and modeling for summer-school and after-school program teachers so that they can meet all students' learning needs.
